HOW TO USE A MUTUAL ACTION PLAN

Write a short overview and name everyone who needs to know about it. Include the person in charge of the project, when it will start, and important details before looking into the full plan.
Explain to the people you told about the plan how it will work using the template. Start by saying what problems your customer has and then tell what you hope to help them with. Also, say how long it will take and what you need to make it happen.
KEEP TRACK OF MILESTONES
Make a plan with the template for who will do what in each part of the plan. Put dates for when each part is due and keep the plan up to date by writing important notes and progress updates.
