Matt started out as a consultant at EY. After climbing the ranks into a senior consulting role, Matt founded an internal venture helping SaaS founders connect with VCs & help them sell POCs into enterprises. Having shown a knack for business development & interest in SaaS, Matt transitioned to EY-Seren, EY’s specialist digital transformation & innovation agency, to head up their business development team.
During this time, Matt decided to start his own SaaS company, Uhubs, a sales development & training platform for enterprise. Fast forward to today & Uhubs has grown to over 40 employees. Matt’s achievements have also been recognised by Forbes in the 30 under 30 social impact list, in 2021
